Downstairs there is an entrance hall and cloakroom, large light and airy south facing drawing room with leather and glass furniture, beautiful dining room set in a conservatory at the front of the house also south facing [both with fantastic views of the bay], family/breakfast room, study, luxurious kitchen and utility room. French doors from the dining room open onto the spacious front patio with table and chairs along with chimnea.

The kitchen is large and luxuriously appointed with oak furniture – facilities include a 4 oven aga [gas], induction hob, steam oven, microwave and conventional oven with grill and 2 warming drawers. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, waste disposal, ice maker, fridge and freezer along with all cookware you will need to make your stay very comfortable.

Upstairs, French doors open out onto the balcony. The 2 large beautifully appointed double bedrooms and large dressing room/nursery have fantastic views over the nature reserve, beach and Weymouth bay. Further French windows in the dressing room/nursery open out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the views. The large twin bedroom overlooks the garden to the rear of the house. There is a main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with shower over and an en suite with steamroom/shower – both are fitted out to a very high standard.

At the rear of the house the garden is elevated with a very large decked area with table and chairs for many people in comfort.
